By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in any activities associated with TFL Shotgun Fest 2025 held on July 11–12, 2025, at Alexandria Shooting Park in Alexandria, MN, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in shooting sports, including but not limited to clay target games, shooting challenges, shotgun demos, and any other firearm-related activities, involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

Release of Liability
I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Target Focused Life, Alexandria Shooting Park, event organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, affiliates, and all related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in or traveling to/from this event.

Fitness to Participate
I certify that I am physically and mentally able to safely participate in the activities at this event and will follow all range rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by event staff.

Use of Media
I grant permission for photos, videos, or recordings taken of me during the event to be used in promotional materials, social media, and TFL content without compensation or additional approval.

Compliance
I agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and I understand that failure to follow safety protocols or event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
